My card today uses the Icelandic Poppy digi available from Janey’s Digi Designs shop here.

The delightful Aquilegia Foliage is from Janey's Dig Designs! I resized the digi twice and printed it directly on designer paper then added a little distress ink! Easy to create with and if you change the sentiment it could be used for different occasions or include the image along with floral embellishments.

Isn’t this gorrrrrrrrrjuss!
I’ve been blown away by all of the wonderful creations that have been coming in lately. This is by Karen, another of our lovely customers, using the Dropwort image.
Stunning! Quite stunning!
Please visit Karen for all the details on just how she created this beauty.

Feast your eyes on this….gorgeous isn’t it!!
It was made by one of our lovely customers, Amanda (AKA Panda’s Paper Playtime,) for her mum for Mother’s Day.
Apparently Freesias are her mother’s favourite flower and as well as creating such a beautiful card, Amanda has added a special sentiment too.
Told you it was gorgeous.
You can get the Freesia digi here…. then pop over to Amanda’s blog here for all the details of her card.

So it comes to thinking of this year and now I cant remember what I was going to do!!!! so using one of Janeys images I've made (or tarted up) this notepad from Asda (other supermarkets are available) so that I can be quite organised and make notes of what needs doing:
I printed the fern image directly onto patterned paper and then cut out. Used my labels die for the title and then added papers and scraps of ribbon from my stash.
Just need a bit of warmth to get into the garden - but for now I'll keep looking at Janeys images to get my all inspired :-)

Ok listen up Mother Nature!
Tiz the middle of March now & here in damp, drizzly, windswept & occasional frost-bitten Blighty it really should be warming up.
If you could just turn the ol’ thermostat up a notch & blow the dark clouds away, even if it’s just for a day or two, one would be rather grateful…Thank you!

One of our lovely customers ‘Else’ has been busy creating some ‘bloomin’ lovelies using the Bleeding Heart (above) & Cowslip (below) digis available here.
Stunning aren’t they…I really love Else’s style.
Please take a look over at Else’s blog (Siegellas Kreative Ecke) for all the details.

Now….don’t look at me in a weird way…(weirder than normal that is)…but I have a ‘thing’ for foliage. When looking for plants for the garden it’s not all about the flowers it’s also about what’s there before & after the blooms have faded. You may well have huge, bright, blousy petals or a scent sweet enough to fill the poshest perfumery but for me it’s like buying a complete outfit, looking your best from head to toe.
The Aquilegia fits the bill… delicate, neat, fern-like foliage that holds onto the morning dew like tiny diamonds and tall, slender stems topped with flowers that almost seem too shy to share their beauty as you sometimes have to lift their heads to appreciate them.
So a big shout out for foliage from me today (maybe I am a tad weird).
